Our room was very clean. A special mention to the breakfast staff. Easy access to LaGuardia airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

Rooms are very small. Noisy. You can hear everything from other rooms. No climate control. Room was very warm & you could not control temperature.

My room contains microwave, refrigerator, tv, wireless web, these are basically excellent setting, with those facilities, I would stay whole weeklong. And commute is fine, one buyline to Flushing, or taxi to airport. Nearby Bell Blvd is very good for gourmet and shopping. If you drive, 30 minutes to Rooseveltfield shopping mall, and 60 minute to Tanger outlets mall.

Very courteous and helpful staff! Room was very clean which is very important for feeling comfortable.
We were there for 2 nights and both nights there was a "ruckus" which awakened us after midnight. The first night the problem occurred both inside the hotel and then in front of the hotel. The second night it was in front only.

We were there during Hurricane Sandy. We were close to fast food restaurants, we were within walking distance to the lirr and lots of shops and restaurants in Bayside Village. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and the maid service was great. I stay here every year when I come to ny to visit my granddaughter for her birthday.

Accomodations appeared to be clean. The location for me was convenient. Not a luxurious hotel,but for the price it was more than adequate.
The facility could be a little better maintained.
